The Bite Victim is the fifth victim of the MCI.While these are separate continuities, there is some degree of consistency with characters in the franchise. The iterations of Golden Freddy in the original novel trilogy and the Fazbear Frights, Andrew and Michael Brooks are not related to the Bite Victim at all.A character by the name of Cassidy also appears in Five Nights at Freddy's: The Fourth Closet as a victim of the MCI, although she is not connected to Golden Freddy at all. The character in question is believed by some to be named Cassidy, seemingly discovered in the Five Nights at Freddy's: Survival Logbook through a hidden code.Golden Freddy is simply a victim of the MCI, not at all connected to the Bite Victim.Theorists have made numerous observations and conclusions surrounding Golden Freddy, including: This theory, however, is controversial amongst theorists as it seemingly conflicts with the notion that Golden Freddy's spirit is a victim of the MCI. This character's fate is left unanswered, much like Golden Freddy's backstory, although there are several clues in the series that may suggest his ghost eventually becomes Golden Freddy. However, as the series progressed, this theory (although believed by a vast majority) is no longer the general consensus.įive Nights at Freddy's 4 introduced an unnamed protagonist (identified as the "Bite Victim"), who is believed and heavily hinted to being the son of William Afton. Upon his initial discovery, it was generally accepted that Golden Freddy's spirit belonged to one of the five missing children that was tied to the original " Missing Children Incident" (or MCI for short). Golden Freddy's backstory has been the subject of countless speculation, and is considered to be one of the biggest mysteries of the series. The following information contains spoilers. The page will continue to be updated with the most accurate information as more solid evidence is supplied. This section archives a lot of theories and speculation, which usually occurs from pre-release media, or just things that are still unknown, so please keep that in mind while reading. " I was the first! I have seen everything!" Golden Freddy is an unknown, mysterious, sly, and silent being who seems to watch from the darkness. He is also seen moving his limbs for the first time in his workshop animation, albeit less fluidly, in contrast to the other animatronics. In Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, his appearance is the same as in the first game, but he is now completely golden, including his teeth, and he is shinier. In addition, his head seems to be tilting to the left rather than to the right. If one looks closely, he has a black button on his chest, similar to Withered Freddy. Unlike his form in the first game, he seems much shorter, his pupils are not visible (as he does not seem to have eyes at all), and he appears to have no bow tie, though his lower jaw may be blocking it from view. He seems to be more visibly clutching his microphone rather than having it lay on his palm. His arms and legs seem darker than the rest of his body, and his head is noticeably thinner than Withered Freddy's. Also, similar to the other withered animatronics, he now has upper teeth, wires are coming out of his empty sockets and shoulders, and small bits of the suit are faded and ripped. He appears to be in a decrepit state, much like the other withered animatronics, with a missing left ear, and a good deal of damage with loose wires and exposed parts. In the second game, Golden Freddy now takes a form mimicking Withered Freddy's appearance as a unique model of his own. If one looks at the arms, a few wires and parts of the endoskeleton are visible, which share the same coloration as his accessories, though this may just be cords holding together the separate pieces of his suit. Despite popular belief, he has an endoskeleton that can be easily seen by looking at the arms. He sits in a slouched position as if he were deceased, with his jaw hanging open and his paws facing palms up. In the first game, he sports a black bowtie and top hat similar to Freddy, and upon closer inspection a microphone can be seen lying on his right palm, as well as two pinprick white dot-like pupils within his otherwise empty eye sockets. Golden Freddy appears to be a cross between Freddy Fazbear and Fredbear with missing eyes. Scott Cawthon's page, " Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)" “ FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S "Graphic designed animatronic bipedal gold-colored bear, Freddy Fazbear, wearing black top-hat, bow-tie, and holding a microphone." ” Either way, if you’re sensitive to mass shootings and killing innocent people in public places, you may want to give this a miss. Some of the stages you make your way through are quite disturbing and questionable, especially considering real-life events have happened which mimic these quite closely, but I honestly don’t know if the game is depicting real events for The Postal Dude, or if it’s all in his head. Due to your fatal actions, the army and local police won’t hesitate to shoot you on sight, further adding to your built-up frustrations with the world as you unleash hell upon them via the help of the weapons you obtain throughout the game.ĭue to the protagonist’s clearly mental condition, he feels no remorse or emotion should he decide to slaughter the innocent people and animals within the town, killing both the armed defenders and unarmed bystanders alike. The story itself is very vague and ambiguous you’re simply a man who has gone quite insane, thinking that the people of the town have gone mental, taking out your rage and hatred on anything that moves. POSTAL Redux is a simple game at heart, you play as ‘The Postal Dude’ who has been evicted from his home. The expression derives from a series of incidents from 1986 onward in which United States Postal Service (USPS) workers shot and killed managers, fellow workers, and members of the police or general public in acts of mass murder. Going postal is an American English slang phrase referring to becoming extremely and uncontrollably angry, often to the point of violence, and usually in a workplace environment. This review will be focusing on the PS4 edition (via BC on my PS5), but the Switch edition is pretty much identical, bar the resolution.Įach stage has a simple, happy introduction My hopes of ever seeing the game on the console were gone, until late last year when MD Games ported the Redux edition of the game to the Nintendo Switch – could this mean we’ll eventually see it on the PlayStation? The answer is yes – POSTAL Redux finally got its PS4 debut earlier this month on the American store, with a European store release planned for later this year.Īs you may expect, I’ve played the game through to completion on both the Switch and the PS4 over the last few weeks, reliving my childhood and having a rather sadistic form of enjoyment in this brutal murder-simulation. In 2014, Running With Scissors announced they were remaking POSTAL in Unreal Engine 4, expecting it to launch on PC, Mac, Linux and the PS4! However, the PS4 version was cancelled in 2017 due to “lack of sales for the PC version”. Despite only being 14-years-old, my father bought both these for me one was a game about running people over and destroying other cars, and the other was all about mindless violence and killing innocent people for no reason – I had a very happy childhood. As he wandered the grow-up aisles, I found myself among a whole host of big-box PC games, two of which instantly caught my eye – Carmageddon 2 and POSTAL. Back in 1998, I went to a wholesale warehouse with my dad in search of new supplies for his shop. Walk and run are the same, as well as lie down and crouch. Finally, I noticed that the actions are basically the same thing. Again, not sure if this is my device’s fault, but I could not figure out how to do this. Eventually, I decided to just hit the button and write a review, when I saw in the description that I can change the name of my pet. After that, it was smooth sailing except for the fact that anytime I opened the app, it kept asking me to rate it! Like, once in a while is fine, but after I was gone for literally 5 seconds? Not cool. Now, I’m not sure if this is just my (discontinued) iPod Touch’s fault, but the top part was completely cut off, so if there was a close button, I wouldn’t have seen it! I had to forcequit the app just to add the cat to my screen. I don’t think much of it, and look for the button to close the screen. The cat (Hugo) looked exactly like my cat at home! However, the first thing I see when I open the app is the chance to buy premium. Hi! I recently got the app and loved it immediately. One of the Most Picturesque Hikes in the Park But there is hardly anything here one can’t handle. Yet while some trails overwhelm with their less than welcoming conditions, the Fire Wave hike is a piece of cake. Consequently, hiking in this region has its obstacles. Hot summers and practically no shade prevail here. Have you ever hiked in the desert? It’s hard to call Valley of Fire State Park a desert, but in essence it’s a rocky wasteland. Doing so, they further emphasize the popularity and incredible beauty of the natural attraction. Thousands of visitors flock to this secluded part of the park to feast their eyes on the accidentally shaped rock formation.Įven park’s rangers can’t resist the natural beauty of the Fire Wave, constantly placing the picture of it on the front page of park booklet. With its awe-inspiring, colorful patterns and intriguing shapes, the Fire Wave is indisputably one of the most favorite hikes in the area. The Most Recognizable Feature in the Park Let’s start with the most common reasons why you should hike to the Fire Wave. The answers to this question are plentiful. While the colorful rock formation intrigues the majority of the park’s visitors, only a few adventure seekers still ask why they should hike along the Fire Wave Trail. Why Should You Hike along the Fire Wave Trail? Constant changes in park’s geology that dates back nearly 150 million years pared with miraculous effects of wind, rain, snow, and ice have created the present landscape. Similar to many other attractions in Valley of Fire State Park, the Fire Wave was a sand dune once. That somebody, or rather to say the forces of nature, indeed did a remarkable job. If you could see only pictures of the Fire Wave without going for a hike, you would think that somebody painted the prominent beige and red lines on the surface of the already remarkable rock formation. Yet as it gets closer to the end of the hike, the Fire Wave eventually stands out among the overall splendidness. A colorful slickrock that leads to the natural wonder indeed resembles a massive desert wave you can ride without a surfboard. To compensate for its size, the pinnacle of this outdoor adventure has surrounded itself with equality impressive rock formations covered with iconic swirling patterns.Īt one point of your hike, you might even start wondering if you have already reached the Fire Wave and walked on one of its gigantic swells without realizing it. Truth be told, the Fire Wave is a rather small, yet essential part of the hike. Each part of this natural masterpiece adorns itself with swirling lines which colors range from beige to red, while, and pink hues. A bowl-shaped depression with two rising points resembles an ocean wave. Running past different rock groups, the trail comes to an end at a stunning sandstone formation. To put it simply, the Fire Wave hike takes you to another world. Nevertheless, the Fire Wave hike astounds with its own recognizable shapes and pastel hues you can’t ignore. Nevada’s popular Wave, however, is not as famous as the elusive Wave in Arizona. With time, signature red and beige stripes, festooning the Fire Wave hike way before you reach the actual place, became the center of attention. Good things can’t stay secreted forever, though. Interestingly, this exclusive natural “painting” was one of the best-kept secrets of Valley of Fire State Park just a few years ago. While the images of this natural wonder impress, a hike to the Fire Wave will certainly persuade you in the truthfulness of this statement. This is how you would describe the Fire Wave. One of the most prominent features of Valley of Fire State Park, located near Overton, Nevada, the Fire Wave is a mandatory hike for every outdoor adventurer. But the Fire Wave had to be our first hike and for a reason. The Fire Wave hike or the White Domes Trail? We did both. I agree, buying any vehicle 20 year old or older can bite you in the rear.
